The fabric received from processing is stored separately . They are stored in heavy duty fabric storage racks. It is the responsibility of fabric in-charge to store the fabric safely & correctly.
Band Knife Cutting Machines
We work with the high-precision German-made ASSYST BULMER automatic cutting machines, and also use the WASTEMA , band knife fabric cutting machine.
STITCHING
Modernized sewing machines with the latest features have been imported and being used for our production process. There are 50 sewing machines now in use.
Checking
Inspection/Checking Unit independent of production to ensure the Quality and Specifications of our clients. We have got trained staff in checking section
Ironing Section
The finishing area is equipped with steam ironing tables and folding table and also conveyors to reduce handling. We have world class Hard Press Steam Equipment's.
Needle Detectors
Metal detecting is a must-do safety test before products are sent to customers in case the broken needle would cause the risk of damage. We have got Industry best needle detector machines
Packing Section
We have got Skilled labors at Packing section. Garments are packed neatly in the designated packs and placed inside the carton or hanger racks for dispatch.
